Dodge Sprinter Van Cargo Area Full Liner

We completed a full spray-on protective liner for the entire cargo area of a Dodge Sprinter van used by a local pool service company. Their previous vans suffered rapid corrosion and rust from repeated chlorine and chemical spills, so this unit was fully coated to eliminate that problem.
Every interior surface—including the floor, walls, wheel wells, cavities, and even the ceiling—was sprayed with a high-performance chemical-resistant liner. By sealing every seam and hard-to-reach area, the coating creates a continuous waterproof barrier that prevents chlorine from soaking into metal, causing rust, or damaging the vehicle’s structure.
The result is a cargo area that’s far more durable, easy to clean, and built to withstand daily exposure to harsh pool chemicals. This upgrade significantly extends the service life of the van while reducing maintenance costs and keeping the workspace cleaner and safer.
