2025 Ford Raptor – Spray-In Bedliner Project

For this 2025 Ford Raptor, we completed a full spray-in bedliner application designed to outperform the factory coating in durability, appearance, and long-term protection. Unlike the factory process—which simply tapes off accessories, leaving bare metal behind tie-downs and often producing uneven tape lines around lights and switches—we take a far more thorough, detail-driven approach.
To ensure a truly seamless finish, all hardware and accessories were carefully removed before spraying. This allows the liner to coat every surface of the bed, including areas that are normally left exposed. Once the liner cured, the accessories were reinstalled cleanly and securely, giving the final product a factory-plus look with superior coverage and protection.
Every inch of the bed was sanded to create an ideal profile for maximum adhesion. After sanding, the surface was meticulously wiped down with acetone to remove any dust, oils, or contaminants. All tape lines were double-checked to guarantee crisp edges and prevent overspray.
The result is a tough, uniform, professional-grade coating that enhances durability, improves aesthetics, and provides protection the factory liner simply can’t match. This Raptor is now equipped to handle whatever the road or job site throws its way—with a bedliner built to last.
