Box-Truck Spray-In Bedliner Protection
Date
March 2025
Role
Used polyurethane sealer on all screw heads in the floor and joints where the floor and wall meet. Once sealer was dry the surface was sanded smooth to create an aesthetically pleasing look with no divots from the screw heads. Interior and exterior of the van were meticulously masked off to prevent any overspray. Sprayed 12" up the walls to create a solid barrier between the floor and wall to prevent fertilizer seepage between the cracks, preventing chemical damage to the box & frame. Liner was sprayed to a thickness of 120 mils.
Box Truck Spray-In Bedliner Protection
Our spray-in bedliner application for box trucks is engineered to protect your vehicle from the harsh effects of fertilizer, chemicals, and heavy-duty use. The liner creates a seamless, watertight barrier that seals the metal structure and floor, preventing corrosion, rust, and chemical breakdown that can compromise the integrity of the truck over time.
By adding this durable coating, you not only extend the life of your box truck but also simplify your day-to-day operations. The smooth, protective surface makes cleanup fast and easy—just wash it out, and the truck is ready for its next load. No more worrying about chemical absorption, staining, or long-term damage.
Built for longevity, protection, and practicality, our spray-in liner keeps your box truck in top condition while reducing maintenance costs and maximizing reliability for years to come.
